What you'll do
The Operations Manager for WW Software SP&O will play an integral role in Ciscos Software acceleration and transformation. You will be responsible for supporting / orchestrating key business processes and programs that align to our sales strategy and execution efforts. Potential areas of focus and projects include:
New Year Readiness, Compensation/Incentives, and Avengers
o Project Manage the New Year Readiness efforts for WW Software. Strategically align Software with broader Cisco Finance, Sales, and Strategy and Planning priorities
o Support Software Compensation & Incentives Strategy across multiple Sales Roles
Ensure automation of compensation
Orchestrate and manage Plan Element creation and incentives inclusive of revenue multipliers, hurdles, bonuses, SPIFFs, etc.
o Help drive New Offer setup and governance requirements to enable the ability to Goal, Forecast, Measure, Pay
o Avengers: Represent Software Sales POV in a cross-functional effort to accelerate and streamline Ciscos Recurring Revenue Business across four workstreams

Metrics Definition & Data Aggregation
Recurring Revenue Metrics Foundation
Lead the effort to deliver a comprehensive SFDC solution for tracking of Buying Program pipeline (technical requirements, change management, enablement)
Support the Sales VP, Strategy Director and connected teams to deliver an integrated QBR, Analytics, and Insights process
Drive crossfunctional alignment of Strategic Pillars and multi-year Strategic Software Plan
Support the Development and implementation of new Consumption Model & Route to Market Strategies
Participate in the centralization and automation of software reporting, addressing the global requirements of stakeholders across the company
Development of profitability metrics in conjunction with WW Software finance and BE Finance
Ad-hoc project support & load balancing, such as
o Customer Life-cycle engagement model
o Sales Motion Modeling and cross-functional engagement to accelerate business
o Software Portfolio acceleration plans with Architecture Leaders
o Support ACV / New vs. Renew transitions inclusive of data analytics

Our minimum requirements for this role:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting or related field
University degree and 10+ years of related work experience (Cisco knowledge a +)
Experience in business planning, sales forecasting, business case development, sales / GTM initiatives and execution of programs and strategy
Excellent executive communications skills (both verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
High degree of creative ability, analytical and business skills and independent judgment
Excellent collaboration skills: requires the ability to effectively interact across functional teams in various business units, geographies and sales organizations.
Excellent command of financial metrics, presentation creation and executive presence.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead in a matrix-managed team, instilling a co-operative team-oriented culture.
Skilled in ability to influence - using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way
People leadership skills - values diversity of people and perspectives
Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals with limited direction and/or guidance
