Auto req ID: 256416BR Job Description As a work intake & product management lead, you will drive and shape the requirements, estimations, proposals and product management across data and digital solutions projects for PFNA IT, which is critical to the success of the Data and Digital Strategy. Responsible for work intake, estimations, proposals, product delivery across data and digital solutions. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, functionality, and performance needs. Manage Data, Digital, integration and automation portion of IT projects, create and manage project plan, coordinate development and functional resources across PFNA IT. Coordinate business analysis tasks and resources across multiple, simultaneous projects. Participate when requested at the direction of the Business Process Manager in other initiatives or interactions Managing business continuity planning for digital services solutions Experienced performing cost modeling and capacity management across all areas of IT (infra, platform, app, security, etc.) Coordinate with horizontal teams end to end including procurement, legal, finance, audit, information security, infrastructure, enterprise architecture to ensure seamless and on-time project delivery Responsible for product lifecycle management and ownership across multiple IT products in the area of data and digital solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline 8 - 10 years of strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CPG/Retail Experience working in Waterfall and Agile development methodology (i.e. Safe Agile) Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects. Product management experience Experience working with test plans and test cases Experience working in Agile environments Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
