The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.


Perform requirements analysis, functional analysis, systems design, and implementation of USSTRATCOMs Windows Desktop requirements. Builds hardware and software technical solutions based on submitted requirements documents and customer interviews. Requirement analysis, functional analysis, and synthesis of USSTRATCOMs Windows Desktop requirements Build hardware and software technical solutions based on submitted requirements documents and customer interviews Develop project definitions and engineering estimates to include cost estimates and cost benefit analyses Manage/perform implementation for technical solutions built Manage and maintain project schedules Own the systems they implement and provides response to Govt questions/concerns with regard to these systems Provide inputs on technical refresh and life cycle planning for systems Participate in all phases of the development life cycle with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, implementation and acceptance phases Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation; create charts and graphs to record results Prepares project status slides, briefings and updates on project/task status Prepares purchase requests and configuration management documentation Attend meetings with the Government and ITCC Build Windows desktop: ensure security requirements are met, test desktop systems/software/hardware, and integrate/install them into the production environment Ensures all necessary documentation to operate and maintain the equipment and/or software is provided to Engineering, Customer Services and System Operations teams The candidate hired for this position must be a US Citizen with an active top secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI or must be capable of maintaining/obtaining a TS/SCI clearance. If the candidate does not have a top secret clearance, a minimum of a Secret security clearance is required to start work on-site for this contract


Masters degree in Computer Engineering or related Engineering field, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, a minimum of 8 to 12 or more years relevant industry experience. Ability to interact with employees at all levels Working understanding of: system engineering processes Windows 10 desktop operating systems Active Directory Structure - Group Policy Objects, Group assignment System integration (hardware, software, network, and database) Knowledgeable of system security, operation, performance, and system effectiveness Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Virtualization Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, VMWare MS Project and Visio
