Business Development Manager, Wholesale Collaboration

Are you interested in working at the tip of the spear for Ciscos transformation to recurring revenue for the Webex family?

Our team is looking for an innovative thought leader who is excited by the opportunities in the big picture and can hit the ground running. You set the pace and bring those around you along on the journey to advocate and design offers built around our customer's needs.

In this role,

You will join the Collaboration Offer Design team to define the Wholesale and Service Provider offers and promotions. You will need to have an understanding of Cisco field Sales, Service Provider and Collaboration would be a BIG plus!

You will work with cross functional groups to develop high growth initiatives and offers that can scale Globally and drive us towards a Multi Billion dollar ARR Business. When a complex problem arises, you can quickly identify the root cause and break down silos to build solutions to move forward. Being curious, thinking big and exploring diverse ideas is a must!

You will work closely with the Global Collaboration Partner Sales Teams, GSP and regional partner sales, as well as our Service Provider partners themselves and the Product leadership teams.

You will:

Be a team player who is highly execution focused and strategic with a clear vision of how the field and our customers will best consume offers and products.

Be a collaborator who can create strong relationships and influence others to meet our objectives.

Have Sales knowledge and contacts with understanding of Cisco field sales.

Possess Collaboration Solutions knowledge, including both foundational support services and high value offers.

Be a dynamic strategist who understands our Service Provider partners and their needs and priorities.

Build strategic relationships with Product and Sales leaders.

Show excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade, using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way.

Be a strategic and creative thinker adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.

Instill a cooperative team-oriented culture and values inclusive diversity of people and perspectives.

Be flexible, with a start-up mentality.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may change, though you will always be aligned to driving new revenue and transforming our base.

Basic requirements include:

A Bachelors Degree is required MBA is preferred with a minimum of 8+ years related experience

Broad understanding of Cisco Collaboration solutions

A strong understanding of Service Provider buying motion and offers

Led offer initiatives and programs, ideally in business development or sales

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
