 What You'll Do

Cisco is seeking the expertise of an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team to manage deployment and adoption of Webex Calling by enterprise customers and their associated service providers.

This is a remote position (home office) and will require periodic travel to client locations in Japan as well as Cisco office locations in the US and APJC.

 

Who You Are

The selected candidate will be responsible and fully managing multiple Webex Calling accounts in the APJC region, effectively serve as trusted adviser to large customers for Ciscos Webex Calling collaboration suite. The ideal candidate will have exceptional presentation and customer communications skills, a SAAS (or related) technical background, and the flexibility to understand and quickly respond to unique customer needs.

 

Who You'll Work With

This position requires frequent communication and collaboration with external sales partners as well as internal Cisco team members regarding client status, product adoption, and resolution of problems and issues. Enterprise Partner Success Managers (ePSMs) are highly visible to our best customers as well as the entire Cisco Collaboration organization.

 

Responsibilities:

    • o White Glove Customer Service
    • o Service Activation, Training, and Continued Support throughout the customer lifecycle
    • o Coordinating Cisco resources to not only resolve problems, but increase customer loyalty and adoption
    • o Regular reporting of customer status and needs, and presenting results to management 

.

Desired Experience:

    • o Solid and proven client management experience
    • o Ability to multi-task and prioritize external and internal customer needs along with project tasks
    • o Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
    • o Travel to client site(s) expected (20-40%)
    • o 7+ years related experience preferred
    • o B.S , MBA or Technical degree
