Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident Demand Generation leader who wants to build the demand generation team of the future focused on growth, brand building, and digital first tactics. LogMeIn is a company committed to helping SMBs work from anywhere, and this leader will be responsible for fueling this high velocity sales and eComm engine.

The VP of Global Demand Generation is a highly visible, key role in LogMeIn and will report directly to the CMO. This leader will have the opportunity to build and run a global demand team and shape for long term growth with high impact. This role is critical to the next phase of growth for LogMeIn, and we are looking for a change agent who can build the foundation to scale but also ignite the culture to transform.

The leader will be responsible for Campaigns, Digital, Global Field Marketing, and Demand Center. The ideal candidate will be a KPI oriented, pipelining machine with a digital first mindset.

The successful candidate for this role will be a great leader, creative thinker, and highly data driven with a growth mindset. They should also be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and looking for a world class role to drive change and growth in a Marketing organization.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CMO to build cross-functional marketing strategy.
  • Develop and lead high performing global marketing demand generation organization including Campaigns, Digital, Global Field Marketing, and Demand Center.
  • Build and own integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Think digital first and deliver LMI message though digital channels to drive demand and build awareness.
  • Partner with Head of eComm to deliver against eComm targets.
  • Drive Go-To-Market strategy and delivery, and partner with Sales leadership to be a united front focused on delivering pipeline across the globe.
  • Take a data driven approach to marketing. Partner with VP of Marketing Ops and Strategy to measure KPIs.
  • Manage spend against 100M$ budget.
  • Be a change agent and culture ambassador within the organization.
  • Build the foundation to scale and grow for the future.

Skills:

  • 10+ years of corporate marketing experience.
  • 5+ years experience leading and motivating teams in a global setting.
  • Experience with a wide range of Digital Marketing activities required. B2C experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of building, delivering, and executing campaign strategy at scale.
  • Consistent record of successfully building and leading global teams.
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand generation principles.
  • Experience in B2B or high-volume transactional business.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of senior management and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, excellent written, and oral communications, and the ability to communicate and persuade a diverse audience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes.
  • Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills- ability to develop strong trust-based relationships and manage effectively; ability to build and motivate high-functioning teams.
  • Strong business acumen including exposure/experience in Marketing, sales, operations management, budgeting, forecasting and economics
