In this exciting role you will:

Across the global enterprise, enable Prudential employees to role model our target culture (Customer-obsessed, fully inclusive, outcomes-driven, risk-smart, and tech-forward) through the orchestration of critical learning assets.
Lead a small team of capability experts in Executive Development (Leaders of Enterprise), Leadership Capabilities (Leaders of Others) and more general Learning & Development (Leaders of Self)
Collaborate with E&CD colleagues, CoEs, HRBPs, external consultants, and business leaders to provide internal & external benchmarking and recommendations to inform Leadership development strategy both short and long-term goals
Develop and implement framework and tools to drive people development in alignment with Prudential purpose and culture
Collaborate with internal and external partners to curate learning solutions from existing assets and / or design scalable and differentiated leadership development solutions that can be implemented globally
Continuously drive the refreshing of content to ensure it aligns with company strategy and key priorities
Informed by internal analytics and external best practices, enhance portfolio of development assets and increase development impact (E.g. Onboarding and High Performing Teams)
Develop agile strategies that provide a global perspective with local relevance
In partnership with external industry experts, vendors, build strong alliances to
Continuously analyze and assess the external market to provide subject matter expertise and best practices in Leadership Capabilities at all levels of leadership
Optimize vendor partnerships to align across COEs to maximize ROI, and impact on talent performance
Participate as a member of Prudentials Learning Community



Qualifications

Advanced degree in any of the following disciplines preferred: MBA, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or Organizational Development
10 years in preferably in a Fortune 100 organization with leadership of teams and global roll outs
Established track record in the field, with proven experience in all l employee and management and leadership development, and expertise in development of Leaders of Others
High degree of competency with adult learning principles and delivery models (e.g. instructor led, web based, video based, podcasting, etc.) as well as social media platforms
Understanding of organizational effectiveness including design and development to support this work as needed.
Knowledge of current trends in learning and development, tech-forward approaches, agile methodologies
Proven ability to manage and successfully deliver on multiple, complex initiatives that involve numerous stakeholders.
A passion for people development
Highly organized with exceptional project management and execution skills
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
