As the Client Executive, you will have primary responsibility for running the day-to-day operations and administration of a key Optum-client agreement across multiple business units. This role must be an executive capable of leading teams and executing on daily operations across a distinct new healthcare delivery model.


 

 


This position is responsible for operationalizing and executing on the Optum-client agreement, providing strong leadership, clear priorities and direction to leadership teams. This person will be accountable for achieving goals for effective implementations, customer satisfaction, quality, profit, and successful collaborations with key stakeholders all in the best interest of a world-class client experience.


 


 


Primary responsibilities:





 

  • Oversee all elements of the contract agreement that affect operations, including strategic targets and outcomes

  • Participate on client governance teams to manage and meet contract commitments, requirements and expectations

  • Communicate with and help stakeholders (e.g., client, sales, business partner,; vendors) interpret contractual requirements in order to drive effective strategy implementation and problem mitigation

  • Manage project performance against established service level agreements and success measures, such as employee engagement, by working with internal business partners (e.g., finance, human capital)

  • Review consolidated operational performance reports in order to determine overall effectiveness, make necessary changes, and identify opportunities for new programs or program consolidation or expansion

  • Provide all financial reporting to the client as required in the contract agreement

  • Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and how our operations can evolve

  • Build collaborative relationships across all delivery and support teams to understand and meet their needs

  • Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams to utilize and implement performance improvement strategies and standard operating processes

  • Leadership experience working with cross-functional teams involving direct reports, matrix partners, and vended services

  • Drive a culture of quality and high Net Promoter Scores
