**Position Purpose**

Formulate long-term strategies and annual plans in order to optimize the values in pneumococcal vaccine area and manage working environment and human relationship in the team. Committed to establishing good relationships not only within VAC but also with stakeholders such as HCPs and global members.

**P** **rimary Roles & Responsibilities**

1 Keep good environment and relationship within a team, understand roles of team members and develop necessary capabilities. Make team members maintain high motivation and improve productivities for better results.

2 Formulate long-term strategies and annual plans for each brand.

+ Annual plans for brands include LRF(Long Range Forecast), Operating Plan, Brand Plan(Market Analysis, Strategies/Tactics, Communication Plan) and POA.

3 If there is a gap between a target and actual performance, analyze causes and carry out appropriate measures to achieve annual goals.

+ Responsible for providing monthly financial commentary (FLASH report)related to in-market brand performance, in collaboration with local Finance, Sales, and LT members.

4 In order to optimize brand values, analyze market survey results, competitor information and KOL's insight to plan strategies. Furthermore, promote lifecycle management of brands form long-term perspectives.

5 Make good communication with key KOLs who are important for business to establish better relationship.

6 Communicate with stakeholders of each team including global team, Sales, Finance, Medical Development, Nagoya Factory, policiespharmaceutical department and PR to make them understand brand strategies for better actions and collaboration. Establish constructive relationship with external partners and vendors.

7 Make effective resource allocation and expense management from the viewpoint of compliance and SOP and expertise perspectives. Implement operational management such as gathering and promoting brand messages/reviews for promotional materials. To ensure brand manager activities, Team Leaders assume responsibility for monitoring and oversight of promotional materials as supervisors. "MonitoringOversight": Audit/SQE Contact person, Audit/SQE Remediation, Implement the required training, Lead for develop the Rule and Process and Oversight for activity of Promotional material

Job experiences in marketing and medical industry for more than three years at least.


+ Bachelor's degree or above

+ MBA holders are preferred.


+ Writing, oral communication and presentation both in Japanese and in English

+ TOEIC score 730 or more
