This is a unique opportunity for UX/UI designer/researcher to shape the incubation of PepsiCo IT User Experience Center of Enablement and incorporate User Experience Design as well as Design Thinking practices into the development of PepsiCo IT digital solutions. Primary responsibilities include conduct User Experience research, facilitate Design Thinking workshop, create UX/UI deliverables, and perform usability testing. The Senior UX Designer is a highly collaborative role working together with global stakeholders, and other UX design team members to apply UX principles in the pursuit of achieving high standard of usability. The role will collaborate with peers on a daily basis, consult with stakeholders weekly, and occasionally present deliverables to senior leadership (VP/SVP). You will consult with stakeholders globally to evaluate potential opportunities and propose design approaches. You will incubate UX Center of Excellence and community of practice within IT. You will create and deliver design deliverables such as wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups. Conduct or oversee user research and usability testing. Identify design problems and propose design solutions that consider user experience metrics. Incorporate feedback from user testing, or stakeholder feedback into design deliverables. Support new technology capabilities concepts by bringing to life a vision of future solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in IT or similar filed of studyExperience: 4+ years of UX design experience 2+ Years Experience creating UX deliverables (user journeys, wireframes, and persona development) 2+ Years using UX design software such as Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, or other tool for rapid UI prototypingTechnical Skills: Ability to effectively plan/define the scope of work and drive project execution Ability to produce UX Deliverables in these disciplines: content strategy, information architecture, interaction design, user interface design: user journeys, process flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes Proficient using UX design software such as Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, or other tool for rapid UI prototyping Knowledge about web and mobile application UI development Experience with Design Thinking and Human Centered Design with ability to facilitate and execute. Ability to integrate and employ UX Design methodologies & Design Thinking practices Ability to execute User Experience Research Ability to conduct Usability TestingNon Technical Skills: Exhibit strong problem solving & creative thinking mindset. Ability to work with partners (internal & external) to understand solution requirements and design user experiences that meet their vision. Effectively collaborate with others and work independently as individual contributor on projects.
