What You'll Do

You have superlative business insight with the potential to navigate between the big picture and the details with speed and agility. The person will be responsible for leading a program with multiple aspects of Strategy and Planning Operations. Responsible for delivering Monthly and Quarterly reviews across all of our IBLM Service offerings, and develop a holistic critical communications and partner management plan for ILBM.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Consolidation and Delivery Quarterly Service Review packages, monthly dashboards, and analytics
  • Build Communication and Partner Engagement Plans, Publish Internal and newsletters
  • Produce Executive Briefing Packages, IBLM Strategy and Vision Collateral and Content for internal IBLM Team, and External Partners
  • Gain an understanding of the Business Transformation Initiatives in which IBLM is delivering and supporting. Assess business problem/need & engage Ops leaders and partners to further develop Business Transformation Plans, define success measures.
  • Very strong verbal, written, presentation, communications skills and ability to serve in a client focused environment
  • You will have project/task management skills & apply them
  • Expected to acquire broader Subject Matter Expertise through become the trusted advisor for our CPS partners, and Operations business Partners
  • Always keep an open two-way communication with assigned partner, support teams and leadership
  • You have been an excellent partner and people. Able to liaise and influence multiple partners, and management teams.
  • Consistent record and shown capacity to deliver in a highly dynamic and energizing environment with limited oversight.

Who You'll Work With

Install Base Lifecycle Management Services sits within Strategy, Planning, and Incubation in the Customer Partner Services (CPS) Organization, with a focus to delivering actionable opportunity insights and Accurate Installed Base Management services to Sellers and Customer Success teams. This role works closely across the IBLM team leads and CPS Management, supporting operations teams across CPS as well as Business Leaders in GVS& CS, and CPS and Operations

Who You Are

You are a self-starter not afraid to challenge the status quo or address the tough questions. You are creative while being strategic and pragmatic with recommendations. You are analytical, inquisitive, and capable executing on all of your deliverables with limited guidance and tight timelines. You are passionate about the areas of Install Base Management, Data Quality, Software and Recurring Revenue models at Cisco. You are excited to be part of the change and transformation.

Minimum Requirements

  • B.S. or equivalent experience
  • You have 6+ years work experience within a strategic role in Sales, Operations, Customer Success or consulting environment.
  • You will process, learn and assimilate to new information.
  • You have a record of delivering Executive Friendly Briefings and Communications plans, task execution and time management skills.
  • You will manage/prioritize and drive execution of multiple projects.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally and virtually and facilitate meetings, with the Team and Business Partners at all levels.
