As part of the Learning Solutions Team, a Communications Specialist/Process Flow Analyst is responsible for applying advanced Technical Writing Skills, Process Knowledge and Report Analytics to produce effective, engaging and innovative solutions to support our internal operations business segments. As a member of this team, you will partner with our Business and other Learning partners to determine and propose performance improvement solutions, including SOPs, embedded help, job aides, decision trees or other activities to support end user needs in real time and ensure performance gaps are met. Our team conducts needs assessment and skills analysis for the business functions we support. We then use the analysis to design and develop appropriate and innovative performance-support tools including corresponding process documentation. Your primary goal will to be to deliver iterative content and help the team progress in an agile environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation pertaining to policies and procedures supporting the business processes.

As a Document Writer, you will be responsible to keep abreast of various industry strategies, with emphasis in content curation, work flow analysis, and embedded help. In this role you will apply innovative and creative strategies toward effective and efficient work support. You will also be responsible for creating online learning components as needed. In this role, you may act as a project manager over smaller efforts or be part of a design team with focus on larger efforts that may include a dedicated project manager.

  • Must be comfortable working through the unknown and grey

  • Proven ability to produce quality results using rapid development models and tools

  • Bachelors degree or higher in applicable field of technical writing. Equivalent bachelors degree or work experience will be considered.

  • Proficient computer skills including those needed to create engaging and effective participant materials including the use of MS Suite and Visio.
  • ""
  • Experience in conducting learning analysis, gathering requirements, gathering feedback and implementing learning remediation
  • ""
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in building engaging, effective learning content and tools using current and successful strategies in some capacity.
  • ""
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in analyzing workflows and writing technical documentation.

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $53,300 to $95,100.
