About The Role:

This is a dynamic role for a highly-organized and detailed User Journey Specialist who will work within the Cisco Webex online team. This person must be technologically adept, have exceptional project management and communication skills, comfort with logistics, and is highly collaborative.


You will be part of the team that manages the users digital experience of Webex products and solutions primarily Webex Meetings. Your key objective will be to enable and empower our users to deepen their engagement and convert Free Users of Webex products, into paying customer through highly engaged, and compelling onboarding nurtures, user journeys, and promotions via email marketing efforts. You will optimize existing user journeys (onboard nurtures) as well as generate net-new usage-based campaigns.


In addition, the User Journey Specialist will help set benchmarks for metric performance, identify insights, lead A/B optimization efforts, and profile campaign audiences, track KPIs to drive awareness, engagement, and leads to meet the goals of the organization.


What Youll Do:

  • Build net-new email journeys for our users from onboarding to defining key actions, elements and outcomes, metrics, KPIs and goals, aligning audience, persona, and segments.
  • Optimize existing digital journeys to be more effective.
  • Create a user journey campaign strategy based on product use, messaging, onboarding, engagement, and core usage-based metrics.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized user journey roadmap (30, 60, 90-day, always-on plan)
  • Craft campaign plans, and messaging outlines; work with our content teams on copy; submit detailed project requests for Eloqua teams using Jira (and Smartsheet), track progress, QA, and execute.
  • Write traditional content when needed in partnership with our content teams (email copy, landing page copy, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Eloqua team to track and coordinate the delivery of assets and resources in support of digital journeys and awareness campaigns relevant to your responsibilities.
  • Once outcomes are defined, create metrics, KPIs and goals for each audience, segment, and product campaign.
  • Take the lead on A/B testing by defining useful hypotheses, designing experiments, analyzing results
  • Report on campaigns, journeys, and promotions utilizing Eloqua Insights, and Tableau (as well as other tools as needed), and provide valuable actionable data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of competitive programs, messages, and journeys; as well as other SaaS businesses to glean best-practices and new ideas.
  • Maintain current knowledge of marketing strategies and trends
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure brand, voice, messaging, and content is in alignment with quarterly and yearly plans.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to drive projects and tasks to completion.

You will work together with sales, marketing, content teams, training teams, help teams, and product marketing to create a connected and engaged user experience across North America, Europe, and Asia.


Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing Experience in an individual contributor role in technology with experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or equivalent marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, etc as well as with Salesforce
  • Desire to innovate and build journeys from scratch
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, self-motivated and the ability multi-task, and to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Remains calm under pressure.
  • You think and act both strategically and tactically; you can translate strategic initiatives into detailed execution plans
  • Coachable and quick to learn new skills, with a positive attitude and passionate about a career in marketing
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); as well as Project Management skills and tools (such as Smartsheet, or Trello).

Desired:

  • Strong understanding of Collaboration tools and Webex
  • Experience using: Cisco Webex Meetings and Eloqua Marketing Automation
  • Tools: Eloqua, Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, Tableua.
  • Strong understanding of lead and campaign management systems
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation (Eloqua) best practices.
