The software suite is proactive, enabling SP networks to self-heal, self-optimize, and ultimately self-protect by repairing and optimizing infrastructure from the inside without interruption or human intervention.

What you will do

• You will be part of our newly formed India design working with designers and stakeholders across multiple timezones.
• Champion the user experience of the product working closing with Product managers, engineers, and end-users.
• Drive user-centered designs; translate user and business needs and technical capabilities into dynamic and innovative products that provide the best possible user experience using Design thinking methodology.
• Develop workflows, user task analysis, personas, interaction flows, wireframes, low fidelity mock-ups, navigational flows, and high fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct user research through every stage of the product lifecycle; creating and analyzing research reports, conducting heuristic evaluations, and performing low fidelity coffee shop usability tests.
• Follow and develop guidelines, standards, and design processes and ensure that they are fully integrated into the customer-centered product development lifecycle.
• Work closely with UI front end and architects to deliver the final product.

Skillsets

• 5-7 years of experience working in interaction design, preferably in design for enterprise products. Any experience designing for data-intensive products is a plus.
• Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in multiple timezones.
• 5+ years of Web-based software-user interfaces.
• Research experience in UX is a solid plus.
• Adobe XD, Axure, Invision, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. 

Education

Bachelors or Masters in User Experience Research & Design,

Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, or Digital Design is a definite plus.

Prior experience in the networking domain producing designs that scale across multiple platforms for Enterprise and Service provider class applications and services is a definite plus.
