US Payroll and Statutory Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Join ADP's innovation lab as we undertake one of ADP's most ambitious transformation initiatives ever! We're building a team from of the most elite, game-changing technologists and asking them to reinvent payroll for tens of millions of employees worldwide.
ADP's Next Gen Payroll team is looking for sharp, organized hands-on US Payroll SME to drive and support US Statutory and Payroll Compliance requirements, research and consultation. The ideal candidate will have years of experience and expertise in Payroll processing, issue analysis and resolution, compliance management, and process design. This key role will serve as a hands-on SME supporting multiple Scrum teams' product development activities as well as providing consultation to ADP associates serving clients in implementation and service. It is important that this person understands the challenges and complexities involved in enterprise payroll solutions and be a source of guidance on compliance and best-practice. The SME will know market expectations for payroll software and the offerings of ADP's competitors.
