**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This colleague in this role will be individual contributor responsible for delivering outstanding sales performance at Group Dispensing Pharmacy by offering Account Value Proposition and implementing B2B selling model.

The primary responsibility of the colleague in this position is to maximize post-LOE brands/generics revenue in the targeted accounts which have the centralized purchasing process, by gaining recommendation and opening account in collaboration with Marketing and Sales department as well as wholesaler and to be a trusted partner addressing the complex needs of customers.

The colleague should conduct all activities and make decisions that are in accordance with Company policies and SOPs, Pfizer Values and global regulatory guidelines, environment guidelines as appropriate.



**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Focus on the select Group Dispensing Pharmacy that are most critical to our future Upjohn business

+ Deepens our relationships by identifying customer needs we can leverage to differentiate Pfizer Upjohn. And delivering customized value propositions that help each key account meet its goals.

+ Drives value and growth by gaining the recommendation and opening new account

+ Establish effective relationship with wholesaler to win the B2B race



**QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCAION AND EXPERIENCE**

10+ years pharmaceutical, wholesaler or customer experience required (B2B)

Bachelor's degree required



**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUREMENTS:**



+ Deep understanding of the post-LOE/generic business and environment related to generics business

+ Strong interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent verbal communications/presentations and influencing/negotiation skills

+ Strong strategic thinking capabilities including effectiveness in identifying and addressing major challenges and the ability to generate innovate ideas and approaches

+ Entrepreneurial mindset, ability and eagerness to challenge status quo, act with a sense of urgency

+ Experience partnering with GDP (Group Dispensing Pharmacy) and external networks to help with future Upjohn business maximization

+ Experience collaborating with a team member on a goal and the ability to adjust behavior or perspective to work more effectively with someone who had a different perspective, background or style
