Unified Communications/E911 Transformation Consultant

The UC/E911 Transformation Consultant is responsible for providing consultation for project activities from inception - client identification through final invoicing. As a member of a team comprised of advanced infrastructure consultants and senior consultants, the UC/E911 Transformation Consultant provides in-depth knowledge of networking to design resulting in the successfully implementation of solutions for our clients. This position requires a senior level consultant who is qualified to support customers with global networks.
**Roles and responsibilities:**
The UC/E911 Transformation Consultant will provide guidance and expertise to customers who are implementing an E911 solution using either Intrado or Redsky E911 products and services.
This role is focused on delivering solutions that will address E911 requirements such as call routing, granular caller location identification, and internal notification of emergency calls. You will use AT&Ts standard deliver phases for this type of solution:
Project Initiation/Kick-off
Plan and Discovery
Design Phase
Integration Phase
Site Deployment & Migration
Site Testing Phase
Knowledge Transfer and Final Documentation Phase
**Key Skills required for this role include:**
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated consultant with 3+ years of relevant experience in UC, Telephony, 911 services, Network and Network Security supporting enterprise and global networks.
Strong network analytical and troubleshooting skills with the capability to handle and own critical issues through to resolution.
The selected candidate will be meticulous, thorough and possess excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders. Good understanding of general network, security, telephony and Internet technologies. Specific experience with Intrado and Redsky E911 products is required.

MS Teams
MS Skype for Business
Zoom
Cisco Call Managers and Cisco CER products
Avaya Call Managers
Firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, ASA, etc.)
Session Border Controllers (Audiocodes, ACME, etc.)
SIP, Carrier intelligent Routers, other telephony technologies common in 911 services
Desired Education and Certification
Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS is preferred
Industry Certifications
