The NAMM California provider clients represent a network of almost 600 primary care physicians and over 3,000 specialists and work with the premier hospitals in their respective markets.


The location for this position is at San Bernardino Medical Group 1700 N. Waterman Ave.

 The Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday  7 AM to 7 PM



 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates competency and proficiency in performing all required examinations
  • Demonstrates competency and proficiency in use of Trophon unit
  • Utilizes all required diagnostic equipment to produce scans of diagnostic quality
  • Ensures proper patient identification on the examination
  • Greets the patient by name and gives clear verbal instructions to the patient regarding exam preparation, positioning before and during the procedure and follow up
  • Maintains patient privacy and dignity
  • Utilizes proper techniques preventing cross-contamination
  • Clearly communicates all pertinent exam information to interpreting physician
  • Routes current and previous images and paperwork to Radiologist for interpretation
  • Cleans exam room and equipment twice daily and as needed
  • Communicates service needs to supervisor and facilitates communication with service providers
  • Communicates professionally with interdepartmental staff and physicians to identify concerns and clarify orders
  • Assists in scheduling procedures. Identifies time requirements for procedures and special needs
  • Incorporates team efforts within the work environment
  • Assists with front desk procedures as needed
  • Reviews all stock and supplies on a monthly basis and prior to each use for expiration dates or damage
  • Maintains needed supplies in exam room
  • Maintains CME requirements
