We are seeking an Infrastructure delivery Sr. Manager for Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) responsible for ensuring effective delivery of UCC Infrastructure Services in support of PepsiCos North America business units. This includes managing successful outcomes of engagements for UCC infrastructure services delivery with PepsiCos strategic partners and suppliers, coordination and prioritization of demand with the business relationship managers with the goal of modernizing PepsiCos UCC infrastructure platforms globally in partnership with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Operations teams

Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for managing and delivering a portfolio of Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) and End User Compute infrastructure projects and programs as part of PepsiCos Global IT Infrastructure Transformation
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects including demand shaping, estimation, value realization tracking, project team sourcing, project governance, technical design and delivery, reporting & metrics tracking etc.
  • Ensure that solutions deployed are consistent with IT Architecture and Engineering standards for network, compute, end user computing, cloud and security
  • Work as a liaison between architects/engineers and business relationship managers to articulate and translate business requirements and corresponding technology solutions and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Partner with business relationship managers and PepsiCos strategic suppliers to develop project proposals, estimations and cost/benefit analysis for projects
  • Drive service improvement plans in partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve the quality and efficiency of Infrastructure service delivery
  • Project budget management, planning and forecasting
  • Partner with PepsiCos procurement teams to drive vendor selections for delivery.
  • Keep abreast of internal technology / solutions relevant to supported functions (e.g., PepsiCo Global Standards, Innovation pipeline, emerging technical capabilities) and external technology and solutions relevant to the function

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Experiences:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (computer science, computer engineering, or information systems)
  • 12+ years of technology and IT experience, with minimum of 5 years in IT Infrastructure services delivery and/or architecture and engineering.
  • Knowledge of UCC platforms (Voice, video, messaging, meeting solutions, webcast & collaborations tools) such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of traditional PBX solutions such as Avaya and Cisco or cloud PBX solutions.
  • Strong portfolio/program management and delivery skills.
  • Proven ability in managing large scale UCC deployments, consolidating and modernizing technology footprints.
  • Ability to lead multiple internal and vendor teams effectively, manage deliverables and outcomes through multiple managed service providers.
  • IT project budget management, planning and forecasting.
