Were proactively looking for Treasury - Insurance/Risk Management talent! Our Treasury team is hiring for Treasury Risk Management roles across multiple levels. Depending on your experience level, you will have the opportunity to engage in leadership of the team and manage direct reports. As a member of the Treasury team, you will have the opportunity to rotate roles within PepsiCos broader Treasury team over time providing the opportunity to build skills and capabilities and become a well-rounded finance professional. PepsiCo's Treasury Risk Management function is responsible for evaluating business exposures and assessing the financial impact of a risk of loss. The team develops and implements strategies to reduce PepsiCo's overall cost of risk which considers the level of risk to retain versus transfer, establishes methodology for allocating insurance related expenses and engages with cross-functional teams across the company to drive risk management initiatives. The team manages PepsiCos global Property and Casualty insurance programs. Your responsibilities: insurance renewals: Placement of global insurance programs, including program structures, coverages retention levels and coverage limits Management of international local insurance policies Coordination with cross-functional teams as required to support insurance programs risk management: Lead loss prevention initiatives with PepsiCos business units Advise on insurance and indemnification requirements in contract reviews to adequately transfer risk claims management: Leading claims management process for settlement of large complex claims Property Risk Management: Drives business risk improvements to achieve Highly Protected Risk (HPR) status and identify and implement loss improvement initiatives to enhance risk profile Mergers & Acquisition / Capital expenditure Support: Conducting merger & acquisition risk/due diligence assessments and capital expenditure risk analysis related to insurable risks Cross-Functional Collaboration: Extensive cross-functional alignment with Business, Legal, Tax and Control teams as well as interactions with Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Health & Safety, Engineering and Global Procurement teams #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree 7+ years of industry experience in a complex operating environment with stellar insurance market and broker relationships Strong technical insurance expertise across Property, Casualty, Cyber and Management liability lines, including knowledge of tax and accounting implications related to insurance mattersPreferred Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred, especially financial disciplines Technical expertise related to operating captive insurance companies Expertise in management of claims across coverage lines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as position offers exposure to Finance leadership (Treasurer, business CFOs and Controllers, etc.) Able to flex and prioritize multiple projects and build cohesive and effective cross-functional teams Able to evaluate complex issues, develop insights from the analysis and effectively communicate through writing executive level presentations Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint#LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Full-Time All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
