The primary focus of this role is to: The main purpose of this role is to enable PepsiCo substantial growth and competitive advantage and unlock the value of business strategy to drive value for our customers and consumer. This role will work in close partnership with the Strategy & Transformation Head to (1) enable the execution of the comprehensive business transformation strategy (including PGT SAP implementation and GBS journey) and division initiatives and (2) drive the operating model maturity while synchronizing efforts with the enterprise agility agenda. This person will be deeply involved in setting and ensuring the successful execution of PBNA West Divisions short and long-term transformation to become a Faster, Stronger, and Better business, driving a more efficient and agile organization, including strategic growth through GTM transformation, while strengthening the E2E operating model and delivering productivity with SCT optimization. This role is part of a team of leaders who are the driving force in the development and growth of PBNA West Division with a focus on simplification and digitalization, enabling the transformation readiness and operating model maturity while synchronizing efforts with the enterprise agility agenda. To be successful, you will need to have i) good knowledge of the business, ii) a strong network and credibility with both leadership and SMEs, iii) solid capability to lead and collaborate and iv) a strategic and transformative mindset. Accountabilities Sr Manager Transformation & Agile OM: Program Management: Enable the E2E integration of the Transformation program/projects and Change Management agenda to ensure transformation plan maker KPIs (on time, on budget with value realization and effective change management). Support key sector programs (PGT SAP and GBS and functional transformations (GTM) and lead division initiatives on a day-to-day basis to guarantee flawless execution, tracking program and project performance, identifying issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the program or project delivery, enabling solutions as needed. Support as needed the construction of the project plans for each transformational initiative or processes improvements efforts defined. Manage value realization, tracking the benefits throughout the life of the project/program Lead the Program Management function and engage and guide Sr leadership through the strategic planning and transformation management processes. Hub for PMP best practices: raise the capability level across the system, including process and program/project management excellence ensuring the right level of change managemen Support the implementation of agile processes, methodologies, tools and ways of workin Support the transformation master plan build-up, building blocks, conversion of algorithm impact and key stakeholder alignment to integrate the best from-to by market, partnering with the Sector Transformation and Strategy team and functional leads. Balance short term AOP objectives with opportunities to enable long term transformation horizon, supporting S&T head and partnering with Sr Leader Integrate Change Management readiness for program/projects Integrate data management tracks in line with the programs/projects Enable the transformation strategy by partnering with functional teams to ensure successful realization of Transformation goals and deliverables, ensuring teams are on track to deliver program timeline, productivity and intervene/escalate as necessary to address roadblock Support relationships with Sector, Division, Commercial, Finance, HR, Communications, and other function teams, ensuring alignment to business case goals and timelines Provide thought partnership to project partners and Senior Executives on a broad range of business-critical topics Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo Engage with Leadership Team to achieve adoption and support for standard methodologies on transformational journey concepts. Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends Integrate the agile organization capability, synchronizing agile mindset, ways of working and enterprise agility to embed across portfolio. Agile Operating Model: Partner with HR to drive agile mindset and ways of working Drive operating model maturity while synchronizing efforts with the enterprise agility agenda Support West divisions OM, Strategy, Structure, Processes (Commercial, S&OP, Productivity), Ecosystem (data & tech) and process improvement. Ensure process evolution, assessments, best practice leveraging and integration to capture opportunities to accelerate agility, E2E Value, change adoption/simplification by mapping opportunities and designing blueprints that define the enterprise and function-specific operating models across the value chain Reshape and evolve WoW & Governance architecture with a systemic approach according to Business needs & priorities Integrate & embed key functional OM-related transformations, to ensure advantaged capabilities and E2E value Qualifications/Requirements BA required (MBA Preferred) 6+ years of Commercial, Sales or strategy experience Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment Experience in program/project management, agile methodologies People leader with strong management skills Well versed and experience with customer selling, commercial processes or operations groups Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner Ability to influence peers & senior commercial executives through sound analysis and relevant storytelling; create and maintain relationships throughout the finance organization Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage up Passions for Consumer-Packaged Goods and our brands Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
