Defense

The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.


Responsibilities

Responsible for building and managing scalable, sound organizational systems and business practices to enable growth at a rapid pace. Lead vendor selection/negotiation, and manage accounts across product verticals. Initiate, develop, and implement incubation programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization. Plan programs from start to completion (e.g., deadlines, milestones, and processes). Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies among program areas. Assist in developing and monitoring program budget. Make recommendations on programs which support the development strategy for organizational growth.


Qualifications

Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.

SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
