**ROLE SUMMARY:**

The Learning and Development organization, now transferred into Pfizer Digital, is responsible for transforming Learning at Pfizer from one that currently focuses on required training to one that enables required and desired learning and development.



The Country Training Manager role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of evolved and enhanced learning experiences for Pfizer customer facing colleagues to create and sustain a competitive advantage for Pfizer.



The Country Training Manager will collaborate with their Digital Client Partner to effectively engage with Country Business Unit clients to define and deliver learning initiatives that have quantifiable value and impact.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Accountable for implementing Learning at local level by:



+ Collaborating with the Digital Client Partner to effectively engage with Business Unit clients to define and deliver learning initiatives that have quantifiable value and impact

+ Ensuring the uniform delivery of learning at country level (including product knowledge, marketing and selling skills training, sustainability programs, innovative learning assets, virtual tools, etc.)

+ Monitor the adherence to streamlined local review and approval of learning materials

+ Collecting and providing country specific learnings and performance metrics that support continuous improvement



**QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Understanding of the pharma industry / Pfizer's business

+ 5 years of people leadership experience with evidence of high emotional intelligence

+ Commercial training experience including delivery of blended and distance learning curricula and content

+ Experience in evaluating Learning programs and materials to ensure client and learner needs are met

+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities

+ Cross-functional working experience and collaboration

+ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
