  • Works as a consulting team member or an individual consultant providing objective advice, expertise and specialized skills in, but not limited to, supporting projects related to the individual's subject matter expertise.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the Army Operational Training Domain.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of TRADOC and FORSCOM training initiatives.
  • The Operational Training Domain SME prepares and delivers presentations to colleagues, subordinates and Army clients / representatives.
  • Assures the proper use of current or requested programming, testing and documentation techniques.
  • Produces and/or reviews documentation and reports reflecting knowledge of areas as identified in the statement of work.



Requires a BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10


  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have a Secret Clearance or to the ability to obtain and hold a Secret Clearance.
  • Retired Sergeants Major or Field Grade Officer
  • Ability to translate Army training requirements into IT development specifications.

Desired Skills:

  • 20 plus years of experience in TRADOC and FORSCOM Training initiatives.
