*Primary Location: *4070 Willow Lake Blvd, Memphis, TN, USA *Division: *Cox Automotive *Job Level: *Individual Contributor *Travel: *Yes, 5 % of the Time *Schedule: *Full-time *Shift: *Day Job *Requisition Number: *215765 The *Training Coordinator* will assist with the facilitation, planning and preparation of instructor led and e-learning courses with a specific focus on Onboarding. The coordinator will maintain onboarding learning materials and a learner database to ensure that all onboarding, lender specific training, companywide and security and facility requirements are completed by new team members or contractors prior to production training with their teams. The Training Coordinator will work closely with the Manager and Client Trainer to develop and deliver training that may be identified in the future. *The schedule for this position is 6:00AM-3:00PM.* *Your role: * * Prepare and assist with grading onboarding materials and distribution of scores and performance feedback to CAI Global Onboarding, Operations Supervisors, Risk Management and Information Security. * Able to deliver Onboarding Programs, including Security Awareness Testing in the absence of or in coordination with the Client Trainer and regular hosting of local facility tours for new hires. * Develop and maintain a Learning Database for new hire Security Awareness Testing, course completions, new hire surveys, terms, anniversaries, and conversions of Team Members as well as assisting with enrollment for Learn@Cox courses. * Update, store and distribute Onboarding and additional internal course content as needed based on changes to software platform usage, business unit task upgrades and internal process requests from leadership in Sharepoint, Insidedds and FUEL. * Reserve and organize training and conference rooms via Outlook for instructor led training delivery as well as copying, setting up, tearing down, printing and collating training materials for distribution. * Requisitioning additional materials in accordance with current standards that are regularly or newly required for delivery of onboarding or other assigned internal learning instructor led courses. Qualifications: *Minimum Requirements: * * 3 years of experience required in Training Administration, Learning & Development, or general business administration function * Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be self-directed and be able to manage competing priorities. * Has high degree of organizational/planning skill and is detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and quickly adapt to changing directives. Able to self-manage to a high degree and initiate and manage projects based on observed opportunities. * Able to communicate effectively through verbal (in person and remote) and written media. Consistently convey confidence and professionalism in all communications including recorded training sessions. * Able to synthesize and incorporate seemingly conflicting demands from various teams based on corporate objectives and a strong, consistent focus on what is best in the long term for team members and service delivery to our client base. * Willing and able to continuously self-improve and enhance training produced through incorporation of formal and informal feedback/coaching from peers and leadership. Realizes that teamwork and collaboration is critical to personal and company success. * Must be professional, well spoken, and able to interact with all levels of employees * Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes in order to meet business requirements. * <10% Travel * Other duties as needed or required *What we look for: * * Bachelors Degree preferred, or relevant work experience * Prefer experience with lender operations. Experience with software products, particularly Dealertrack products, is a plus. Previous Learning management system (LMS) experience. * Previous background in job training programs, training and/or certifications in formal quality programs preferred. * Has strong competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Knowledge Base, and content development tools (adobe Captivate and similar).
