Responsibilities

The Training Development Specialist is responsible for developing instructional material, coordinating educational content, and providing technical guidance in performing all phases of Information Operations (IO) courseware development and presentation. Develops curriculum using analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation in the systematic steps and processes in accordance with Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) polices, regulations, and procedures. Maintains training, education, and professional development programs. Maintains liaison with DOD and other agencies to keep abreast of technological developments and trends. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired training and education results.
