**Position:** **Key Account Manager**

**Reporting to:** Regional Key Account Manager



**KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:**

- Implement KA projects for decision makers of target hospitals in region.

- Set up regional key account information management system and maintain it with timely manner.

- Visit hospital management team with high frequency and efficiency.

- Build up solid connection with regional key accounts, support local sales team to meet sales target

- Timely collect feedback from hospital management team and provide suggestions to Sales and management team.

- Regularly visit key accounts, especially the management team, pharmaceutical departments and related functions of hospitals.

- Establish and regularly update regional hospital KA system. Provide weekly report to related managers

- Set up regular meeting or communication with Sales, Commercial, GMC teams to share information and progress updates.

- Closely work with Sales, Marketing and GMC team on total quantity control, QCE, bidding, RDL and hospital safe operation. Provide assistance and coordinate related resources to hospital decision makers.

- Help sales team with hospital listing by proactively communicating and assisting key accounts. Ensure to maximize company's interest.

- Help sales team to deal with work with hospital decision makers when necessary.

- Other tasks assigned by Regional KA Manager.



**BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS**

- Experience in Sales Management or KA related is preferable

- Excellent team work

- Self-activated and proactive attitude

- Good skills in communicating, coordinating, planning and organizing

- Good learning agility and capability of project management

- Can travel frequently

- Good English skills
