The goal of the Territory Operations Managers is to increase operational performance in underperforming stores. The TOM will accomplish this by teaching and training in the aisles with associates or in a training room environment using a variety of tools provided to them including web based training, training on a mobile device, as well as webinars. The stores in which a\u0026nbsp;\u003Cstrong\u003ETOM\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;visit is required will be managed centrally at the Store Support Center. Each visit to outlier stores will occur over a 3-4 day period in which the\u0026nbsp;\u003Cstrong\u003ETOM\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;will facilitate detailed training designed to increase store performance. The Territory Operations Manager may be required to visit other stores in the region to engage with associates and identify best practices. Additionally, the TOM will occasionally be required to drive sales in stores by providing excellent customer service. TOMs will be assigned to a regional geography and will not be assigned to a particular store on a regularly basis.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EKey Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Tasks\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EOperational Excellence\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EDelivery of training and development curriculum for store associates in key operational areas such as Front End, Back End (Receiving and Freight), Tool Rental and Repair, Interconnected Retail including Selling Systems, In-Stock, Customer Service, Safety and Asset Protection\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003EAbility to evaluate operational processes and quickly identify positive and negative trends\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003ERemain current and well versed on operational processes and updates\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003EAbility to quickly adapt to change and implement new practices\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003EAnticipates impact of change; plans how to communicate change effectively and build support\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ETrain and Develop\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003EEffectively communicate and partner with Store Managers and District Managers on operational areas of improvement needed and next steps\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003EPlan, implement and conduct in-store training sessions including partnering with Store Manager prior to visit, outlining key areas to be trained and following up on next steps/actions taken\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003EMonitors course material for effectiveness, reviews feedback and provides recommendations to Store Support Center to improve\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBuild Relationships\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003EEstablish and build relationships with a wide range of associates locally, regionally, and nationally;
