The Virtual Health Administrator serves as point-of-contact for virtual health care activities at American Health Network part of Optum. Working with Virtual Health director on operational support of virtual health program. Schedule appointments, Setup and test equipment, collect evaluation data, support physician and patient during consultation, support and promote program in local community.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Assist with implementation and supports of telemedicine platforms
  • ""
  • Open and monitors tickets in Vendor Portal and AHN Helpdesk support
  • ""
  • Support clinical protocols and procedures to ensure effective and efficient care delivery and compliance with all standards and operating procedures
  • ""
  • Monitor virtual visit utilization by generating utilization report
  • ""
  • Collaborate with management on how to improve utilization
  • ""
  • Provide utilization reports to clients
  • ""
  • Collaborate with Marketing on communication and communication materials for clients
  • ""
  • Monitor, assign and manage provider daily and on-call schedule on the Admin portal
  • ""
  • Act as a liaison between employers, practices, providers, vendors and management
  • ""
  • Monitor patient satisfaction survey results and work with manager to improve NPS scores
  • ""
  • Provide demonstration of virtual health platform for new and participating providers
  • ""
  • Maintain all user accounts, passwords, roles and profiles
  • ""
  • Collaborate with Training on creating and updating training documents
  • ""
  • Assist with projects initiated from virtual health department and provide continuous support as appropriate
  • ""
  • Attend meetings and participates on committees as requested.
  • ""
  • Review current literature and attends training sessions and seminars to keep informed of new developments in the field

Required Qualifications:

""
    ""
  • High School Diploma
  • ""
  • 2 years experience in healthcare
  • ""
  • Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail systems, and web-based programs
  • ""
  • Experience interacting and communicating with a variety of people, both one-on-one and in meetings and group presentations
  • ""
  • Local travel may be required (15%) and a valid drivers license and insurance
  • ""
  • I understand this role is designed to be performed in an office setting or other company location, and I am willing to abide by this requirement
  • ""
