The Unified Communications (UC) Administrator provides telecom support activities surrounding the management of telecom equipment and systems. This position is responsible for planning, installing, supporting the communication systems and services for the organizationin our New Mexico Market. In addition, supports existing telecom technologies, faxing, basic networking and solutions proposed by the manager, and business operations.

Primary Responsibilities

    ""
  • You will install and troubleshoot unified communication applications; internal/external servers, network hardware, and related infrastructure.
  • ""
  • Providing Move, Adds, and Changes (MACs) for telephony request to include programming and deploying of end points as well as software groups, system parameters, class of service.
  • ""
  • Supporting Voice Mail (Unity Connections) support for routine individual user requests as well as hunt groups, call vectors, automatic call distribution groups (ACD's).
  • ""
  • You will respond to complex and technical user service requests/inquiries that involve problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution. Collaborate with other teams in designing solutions to solve complex problems.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ""
  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience
  • ""
  • Two (2) plus years in a technical support or infrastructure support role supporting telephony or unified communications systems
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
  • ""
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
