Your Profile:
Holder of a diploma in computer science / development or equivalent university, you have a first significant experience in technical support and leadership or automation.
Knowledge of Windows server, VMware, Citrix XenApp.
Mastery of the PowerShell and PHP environment is an asset.
Liking to take on daily challenges, you know how to work independently and be a source of proposals to your contacts in order to bring added value to your projects.
You will be required to work in collaboration with other GETS support teams to improve tools and automate solutions.
Description of the mission:

* Provide resolution of hardware and software issues. With particular emphasis on first call resolutions.
* Manage updates on the computer and resolve all related issues.
* Create new services on Selfcare and help create a new solution on our database
* Ensure correct documentation of all work in Interaction or in the ticketing system. Perform post-resolution follow-ups.
* Maintenance, support, and implementation of new features available.
* Operate quickly, know how to code from a blank page and quickly understand someone else's code.
* Create installation scripts and automated update of components from VMware, Citrix, Microsoft editors mainly developed in PowerShell.
* Develop web interfaces to execute commands or installations.
