What You'll Do

o            You will be a customer-focused technical sales professional who provides technical support and guidance to customers in mobile packet core and 5G core domain.

o            You will collaborates with the Account Team to recommend and develop appropriate customer solution offerings and RFx responses.

o            You will use your engagement experience and expertise to articulate the value proposition around Ciscos Mobility Architectures in customer meetings and industry events

o            You will provide solution proposals and support POC with BU engineer supports.

o            You will convert market and customer requirements into a winning solution around the Cisco and partner portfolio, considering both technical and commercial aspects.

o            You will help plan for and move deals through the sales process by knowing how and when to engage the appropriate Cisco and partner tools and resources (such as CSE, SE, PSS, AS Engineers, etc.)

o            You will establish and maintain customer relationships at the technical decision maker level.

o            You will develop & present compelling business cases to customers, maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefit and risk.

o            You will partner closely with BU Engineers/Cross Domain Architects to align the technology architecture to the customer's desired business outcome and ensure customer success by orchestrating resources to assist the customer in realizing the full value of their technology investment.

o            You will develop & lead business value based opportunities within targeted accounts - often over 12-24-month sales cycles.

o            You will enhance Cisco's solution portfolio over time by working closely with BU team, focused around key customer requirements and aligned with Cisco products and solutions.

o            You provide regular reporting of account engagement progress on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Teaming with Product Sales Specialist, you will jointly engage with the customer, finding ways to pursue your customer's concerns and challenges and will make customers more agile, improve your career and bring groundbreaking technology into the light. You are a technical specialist that acts in an increasingly consultative fashion and is looked at as a guide, or trusted technical advisor, in your field by the account team and customers.

Who You Are

o            You are experienced in pre-sales cycle and experience in Mobile network product sales engagements.

o            You have mobile packet core experience ideally with hands on skill and 3G/LTE/5G knowledge

o            You have the strong ability to Influence internal and external resources and to collaborate with multiple account sellers

o            You are flexible to set goals and priorities between organizations

o            You represent the Region to Corporate and Sales Leadership

o            You are able to demonstrate value to the team and be seen as a Go To person for top issues

o            You understand customer business drivers and how to map these to a customer network platform Technical Acumen

Our minimum requirements for this role:

o            10+ years-related experience.

o            Experience required with Cisco mobility products or with key competitor offerings in similar technology.

o            Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.

o            Good knowledge about 3GPP standards

o            Strong verbal and written communications skills
