**OPEX LEAD**

**About the role**



+ As part of the Operational Excellence Team you will support the facility by providing expertise in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to ensure we meet our supply commitments and deliver life-changing medicines to our patients and our customers in a compliant and efficient way.

+ As a change agent, you will be responsible for promoting new ways of working in order to create an environment that is change agile

+ Training and mentoring of colleagues in Operational Excellence tools and techniques to enable problem solving across all levels of the organization



**About You**



+ 5+ years' experience as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, working on business transformation projects in a complex multi-disciplined environment.

+ Demonstrable experience in leading Black Belt projects of significant size and scope using lean six sigma methodologies, resulting in quantifiable business benefit

+ Experience in training and coaching candidates completing lean and six sigma projects

+ An understanding of and proficiency in Change Management

+ Primary degree in a relevant field of study

+ Proficient in the use of Office 365 applications - PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.

+ Desirable -Formal project management qualifications e.g. Prince2, PMP beneficial

**TECHNICAL LEAD**

**About the role**



+ The successful applicant will lead a Technical Team and is accountable for delivering the technical requirements for transfer of a new product to Site, employing Process Analytical Technology for batch monitoring and release.

+ You will provide technical leadership (equipment, process, and people) to the Manufacturing area or Product Transfer team to ensure robust and reliable processes.

+ The candidate will be accountable for ensuring that the Manufacturing area follows all validation requirements to current cGMP, supporting change control activities, and delivering on the development and implementation of robust and reliable processes. He/she will plan, organize and monitor technology upgrades (Including PAT), process improvements, process development, validation activities and product transfer activities.



**About you**



+ Third level qualification in Science, Pharmacy or other related technical discipline

+ 5 years working in the pharmaceutical sector - ideally solid oral dosage

+ Collaborating effectively with Stakeholders and cross functional teams across Site to ensure that the business goals are met.



+ Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 people

+ Tech transfers and New Product Introductions incorporating Lean and Six Sigma Tools.

+ Change agile, this is not a routine role.
