IOT Program Management team drives major programs that deliver innovative, best-in-class products and solutions to our customers and executes strategic initiatives to propel the business forward. We are the glue that keeps our cross-functional program teams together. We make change a reality. We coach the broader organization on agile program management fundamentals and best practices.


What you will do

  • Drive/Manage complex development Programs
  • Prepare program plans, schedules, and budgets, working closely with cross functional
  • Identify risks and devise mitigation plans to avoid or minimize impact and deliver products per commitments (Schedule, Quality, Budget)
  • Accurate program budget planning and pro-active management of budget and spending.
  • Ensure that program follows Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes
  • Facilitate program reviews and provide/present accurate program status and progress reports to Program Teams and Senior Management.
  • Conduct appropriate reviews and maintain documentation for external ISO/TL9000 audits.

Who you are

  • BS in Computer Science (or a related major); MS Computer Science (or a related major)
  • 5-7 years of program management experience delivering enterprise software and hardware products, or SaaS-based products
  • Power to influence peers, managers, and executives, driving towards a decision while managing ambiguity
  • Effectively (concisely and with accuracy) communicate problems, issues, risks, solutions, etc. both via written and oral methods to appropriate stakeholders and leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Practical work experience with agile-aligned development methodologies
  • Flexible, adaptable. Self-starter who learns quickly with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well with many levels of management as well as technical contributors.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity and reliability
  • Proven success in change management and process improvements
