AT&T has an opening for a Technical Project Manager to support the buildout, integration and lifecycle of a managed LAN by providing technical leadership and integration management in direct support of customer expectations. Candidate should have strong track record directly supporting a base of (ideally Federal government) customers, and excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills as they lead the rollout and lifecycle of a large managed LAN project at a US Federal government agency. Candidate will support new managed LAN network that is in the rollout phase and will move into steady state management phase. Preference for a strong background in LAN technical management.


**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**


+ Provide subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to an AT&T Managed LAN serving 300+ locations and 5,000+ users.

+ Advises the customer on suitability of products based on technical needs and rationalizes customer requirements in product roadmap prioritization.

+ Identify, monitor and assist with project risks, provide input to analyze issues and problems and recommend solutions to ensure the quality of deliverables.

+ Assess and advise customers related IT/business initiatives for impacts and opportunities in order to contribute to new project initiatives, proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing solutions and pricing of solutions for a Federal customer.

+ Researches and develops solutions with AT&T external and internal partners.

+ Provide and manage weekly updates and monthly progress reviews with customer and internal teams within AT&T.

+ Provide/suggest training for broadening and deepening the Federal customers knowledge and experience to support identification of additional opportunities.

+ Supports Managed LAN architecture and infrastructure through the Systems Development Lifecycle.


NOTE: This position is normally staffed ON-SITE at the Federal customer facility in northern, VA. However, due to COVID-19, the candidate selected for this position will work virtually for the foreseeable future.


**Required Experience:** Minimum of five years project management experience supporting complex LAN and WAN environments


**Required Clearance:** Applicants must hold (or be eligible for) U.S. Public Trust Clearance or higher


**Desired Clearance:** Current U.S. Public Trust Clearance or higher.
