The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.


Help build the Navy of tomorrow. Support the development and delivery of technologies that enable superior warfighting and energy capabilities for naval forces, platforms and undersea weaponry. Provide technical, engineering, analytical and programmatic support to the Navy in support of basic research, applied research, and advanced technology development of programs associated with surface and sub-surface naval platforms and undersea weaponry. Deliver technical, engineering, analytical, and program management support services for a variety of technology areas including Platform Design and Engineering; Power, Energy and Propulsion; Materials; Undersea Weapons; Manufacturing; Sustainment and Logistics; demonstrations of Advanced Technology Programs, support of international technical exchange Project Agreement (PA) efforts and overall technical and programmatic support.

Support includes but is not limited to:

- Support Program Officers by assisting with technical planning and review of performers progress; overseeing model-scale, large-scale, and/or full-scale tests; reviewing and analyzing test data; budget development and oversight; briefing development; transition agreement development and implementation; and communication with the S&T and R&D communities.

- Assist Program Officers with conceptualizing, developing, budgeting for, and socializing new Fundamental Research programs, new Technology Candidates (pre-FNCs), new Future Naval Capabilities (FNCs) and new Innovative Naval Prototypes (INP) Programs.

- Support the development of investment strategies, technology roadmaps, preparation of warfighting payoff assessments, and prepare periodic updates to the program investment plans, as required.


  • US citizen
  • Ability to obtain a SECRET level security clearance.
  • BS and 7 years or MS and 5 years

Masters degree from an accredited university in a technical or business field and five (5) years of experience in a technical field or a Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a technical or business field and seven (7) years of experience in a technical field. Technical fields include: any engineering discipline, mathematics, sciences including biology, chemistry, computer science and physics.

  • Experience in technical program management of programs.
