At Edward Jones, the CRM development team is responsible for developing a new Salesforce based CRM system that will be used by 50,000+ branch office users. The system will also be integrated with various cloud or in-house applications to achieve the best users experience for the end users

*What You'll Do*:

As a CRM Application Technical Lead, you will be developing applications on Salesforce platform under the guidance of the application delivery manager and the Salesforce architect. You will also be collaborating with other CRM development team members in integration, migration, QA, and release management groups. The development process will follow the agile development model.

*Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:*

* Lead a team of developers to develop Salesforce applications with Lightning
* Be able to provide solution options to requirements identified by the Product team
* Remain on top of upcoming technologies and features built on the Salesforce platform
* Mentor a team of developers
* Develop Salesforce applications with Lightning or other programming frameworks on Salesforce platform
* Leveraging the unique offerings from the Financial Services Cloud, configure or develop features for the branch office users
* Follow the development protocols in the CRM team and effectively utilize the development management tools like Jira etc
* Work with the delivery manager and CRM architect to review code and assure code quality
* Collaborate with the Business Analysis, System Integration, Data Migration, Quality Assurance and Release Management group members to ensure the development milestones are all achieved on time
* Continuously monitor the latest releases and trends of the Salesforce platform and enhance the user experience with the new features
* Work closely with support teams and the delivery manager to address incidents and problem queues

*What You'll Need:*
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of development experience with at least one large Salesforce implementation project involving multiple releases, change management process, and/or international deployment.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience leading junior and senior developers in a team.
* Expertise in Sales Cloud, Mobile Publisher, and AppExchange products
* Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Component, Flow, REST API
* Expertise in building customer facing, web-based user interfaces for customer and partner communities, with an understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, SOAP based or RESTful web services, content management
* Expertise in Salesforce functions required: Data Loader, Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, Single Sign On, JWT Authentication etc.
* Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce
* Capable of translating business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce configuration and custom development approaches
* Excellent communication skills to be able to present solution options to a diverse audience across Product and Development teams
* Ability to work collaboratively in a creative and agile environment
* Ability to execute with a sense of urgency and ownership
* Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders
*What Will Set You Apart: *
* Prior experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management or Capital Markets highly preferred.
* Experience with Copado preferred.
