The Team

The team is group of highly skilled, dynamic, diverse, and passionate engineers who go above and beyond in assisting not just the customer but also their teammates and peers. Work hard, play harder is the motto of the team.

It is a good mix of engineers with varying years of experience (from 3 years all the way to 12 years) in Cisco technologies and solutions, and each-and-every-one of them bring phenomenal value to the table.

This role will offer extensive training and development.

What You'll Do

Great opportunity to work with hardworking, dynamic, passionate, and diverse team members who support the high-end Cisco customers to resolve highly complex technical issues within the customers Collaboration (Voice/Messaging/Video) Solutions.

• Provide Technical Support to high-profile Cisco customers, Acts as a focal point for large account network problem resolution.
• Work on cutting-edge technologies and Solutions
• Be a trusted advocate of the customer
• Works on problems of diverse scope. May be required to interact with other engineers across the globe to resolve issues.
• You will also have access to our state-of-the-art lab, where we can recreate customer issues using a wide selection of both networking and test equipment, in an encouraging environment.

Who You Are

• BSCS/EE and minimum of 6-8 years experience in either technical support or development organization.
• Technical knowledge on Linux, Virtualization, Database, and fundamentals of Cisco Routing & Switching products
• Professional level certification in Cisco technologies (CCNA/CCNP)
• Proven Communication Skills (Written/Verbal/Presentation)
• Great teammate, ability to work under pressure and the willingness to adapt, overcome and succeed in a constantly evolving business and technical environment is vital.

Desired Skills

• Redhat Linux desired
• Experience on Linux and virtualization systems ability to understand underlying infrastructure products in one of areas: Routing and Switching, Security or Wireless. E.g. IOS, ASA
• Network management experience, familiar with Network management applications, understands protocols, e.g. SNMP, RestAPI, etc
• Working experience in one of market segments: Manufacturing, Energy management, Healthcare, Transport, Building or City management/Smart Cities.
• Ability to scale with multiple network engagements with multiple customers.
• Good Customer Handling Skills and ability to collaborate with different third-party Vendors
• Masters in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent
