As an HTTS Routing and SDWAN engineer, you will collaborate with talented, dynamic, passionate and diverse team members who support the high-end Cisco customers to resolve highly complex technical issues within Enterprise Routing and SD-WAN solutions. You will provide technical support to high-profile Cisco customers. Working with state of the art technologies and solutions will also be part of your job. HTTS Engineers are trusted advisors to Cisco customers. They directly impact the Customer Dedication with Cisco which reflects Cisco's success as a business leader.

Our team is the primary face of Cisco support to customers and partners. Youll get to work with a wide variety of individuals and partners that seek your technical support. The global set of engineers within the Enterprise Routing and SDWAN teams are some of the best in the business. No one can know it all, so youll aid one another according to areas of expertise. Given the wide array of products Cisco has, cross-technology collaboration is also encouraged. We interact with many other entities internally such as account teams, developers, supply chain, professional services and many more. Were well-connected, which means there is the ability to learn and influence continually


Who You Are


You'll be a vital part of our RTP, NC campus.

You will provide 2nd/3rd level technical support for Routing Protocol  & SD-WAN technologies.

You can apply your analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate-high complexity.

You're happy to provide technology/product training and intellectual property material as required.

You can act as focal point for large account network problem resolution.

You effectively utilize moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems.

You will Interact across multiple technology and development teams at peer level.


Minimum Qualifications

  • CCNP or Written-CCIE certification or combo of certification and work experience.
  • Routing Protocol & SD-WAN - You have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across Cisco platforms and solutions.
  • You should have at least 4-5 years of Networking industry experience and knowledge, products and protocols
  • Proficiency in the following technologies: TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, BGP), QoS, Multicast, MPLS
  • Configuration Management experience is a plus especially knowledge of Yang models, NetConf/RestConf, XML, REST API and databases
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, XML, Shell scripting
  • You're able to resolve problems, figure out root cause, and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You've achieved a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent plus 4-5 years related experience.
  • You possess a CCIE (Wireless / Routing & Switching / Service Provider)
  • You have knowledge and experience in Protocols: IGP, EGP, LISP, VRRP and TCP
  • You're experienced with ViptelaYou have Data Base fundamentals (Neo4j, Orient DB)
  • You have experience in the following platforms : Variants of ISR routers, vEdge, cEdge,vManage, Nexus switches, Catalyst family and Variants of Cisco UCS
