Maybe youve heard of Dealertrack, but if you havent, were a part of the Cox Automotive family. Not to humblebrag, but were the tops in the title administration industry. We manage paper and electronic registrations and titles - over 52 million of them, in fact. So, as you can imagine, were kinda busy.
Thats why we are on a quest for someone to handle the oversight and execution of daily duties, workflow and department management of Technical Client Services in Groton, CT. We call this person a *Technical Client Services Supervisor*. If this has you curious, keep reading.

*What Youll Do* Technical Client Services Supervisor is a title that sounds like it might involve a pretty busy day, right? All that supervising, am I right? Well, theres even more to it than that. Here are some of the responsibilities well be looking to you to rock on the regular:
Youll supervise, coach, train and mentor your staff so they bring their "A" game to every effort. Youll also work with peers to make the work process smooth, managing resources so client groups have a smooth ride with us. Youll make sure youre managing call volume for your team and keep on top of all necessary reporting and analysis. Youll also develop schedules that assure team members know when critical deadlines land, so well always deliver great work on time!
Youll maintain Service Level Agreements with all our clients, while creating and maintaining objective metrics so we continue to know precisely how we are delivering excellence for everyone we provide service.
Youll have a passion for coaching and mentoring your team, as well as, providing training and resources to drive their success and lead to their overall career growth and development and land them in super star status.
You may travel on occasion for training and offsite meetings but shouldnt be more than a few times a year.

Your salary will vary a bit depending on things like location and your experience. Also, the job is eligible for an additional annual incentive program.

We do want to be sure you know about a few more qualities were looking for in the person who steps into the shoes of a Tech Client Services Supervisor. So, here are a few qualifications that we hope you can bring to the party:

Second, were counting on you to have a high school diploma or GED. Youll also need to have at least five years of work experience. Now, that can also mean a Bachelors Degree with 3+ years work experience, OR a Masters with up to 2 years experience, or even a Ph.D with one year of experience. Make sense?
Were also hopeful you have two years supervisory experience, ideally in a high-volume call center/technical environment that was big on customer service. In a perfect world, that experience wouldve been in a field like banking, insurance, mortgage, or vehicle title admin. Oh, and a bit of swagger in the MS Office proficiency department is a great leg-up.
You show up with a coachs ability to motivate and instruct, as well as solid written/verbal skills, so you express yourself clearly with coworkers and customers alike. Youcan make decisions quickly and wisely, and you know how to adjust priorities to get the job(s) done.
And while not required, here are some qualities that would really make for a good fit:

* youve got a college degree with a major in business or equivalent biz experience.
* youve got some experience in vehicle title management and/or Quality Six Sigma or Lean.
