The individual in this position will be responsible for leading a team of associates who are responsible for onboarding and qualifying new business to Edward Jones Trust Company and the client and branch experience. The role requires a high level of knowledge and service delivery abilities within the trust administration, fiduciary and trust investments space. The role may require interaction with other areas of the home office and the field in order to assist with building awareness and adoption of Edward Jones Trust Company services.

* Bachelor's degree required. Graduate degree or professional certification (CFA, CFP, JD, or CTFA) strongly preferred.
* At least 5 years' experience in estate planning, trust company, financial planning, or investment management responsibilities. Previous leadership experience preferred.
* Estate Planning/Trust Administration Knowledge
* Knowledge of advanced fiduciary, gifting, investment, estate and income taxation principles
* Strong understanding of estate planning concepts and strategies

* Investment Knowledge
* Knowledge of Trust Company's investment offerings
* Knowledge of Edward Jones' investment offerings for purpose of discussing client preference/choice

* High degree of familiarity with applicable regulations
* Knowledge of fiduciary principles
* Knowledge of applicable regulations, state law and

* High degree of familiarity with branch team
* Knowledge of Financial Foundation & Estate and Legacy Goal
* Understanding of branch team processes and preferences in order to drive adoption and grow Trust Company relationships

* High degree of familiarity with Project Management and Strategic Thinking
* Knowledge to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to current and future workflows
* Willingness to develop and execute solutions to future challenges in new business area.
