*Firm Analytics Operations Project Management Office*
"Enabling Firm Analytics to lead the firm in realizing the potential of data and analytic insights" This is a relatively new area of firm analytics responsible for designing and delivering processes and infrastructure to enable analytic portfolio management in support of analytics strategy teams, as well as delivering large scale business intelligence projects in a matrix operating model.

*Team Leader*
The Firm Analytics Operations Team Leader will lead a team of Project Leaders and Project Coordinators to deliver the business value for firm strategic project/programs and divisional level prioritized work. This leader will also contribute to a strategy and assist with executing the strategy to mature the Firm Analytics PMO by fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Responsible for the Firm Analytics Project Management delivery team

* Plans, directs, and manages the activities for a team of project leaders and project coordinators; responsible for operations, support, development, and implementation of Firm Analytics efforts.

* Coaches and mentors on execution of project, program and portfolio management principles, metrics tracking and reporting.

* Ability to provide clear direction and support to Project Leaders executing efforts across Firm Analytics and other divisions.


* Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across divisions, departments, business areas, and vendors.

* Align team activities and responsibilities with department, division and firms strategic direction.

* Ensure prudent use of the firms financial resources.

* Ability to lead and coach others on leading large and complex efforts.

* Provide leadership, development, and mentoring to Project Leaders and Project Coordinators through examples and timely feedback.

* Ability to lead and implement improved project management solutions, tools & processes.

* Support department and firm prioritization process for portfolios, programs, and projects.

* Lead change management for Firm Analytics for changes made as a result of growing maturity of the PMO

* Partner with Firm Analytics leaders to determine project leader assignments based on the level of experience, skill set and project requirements

* Coach Project Leaders and Business Leaders on Change Management principles and execution.

* Contribute to the strategy that will progress the Firm Analytics PMO to full maturity and continuous process improvement.



* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* PMP certification or similar professional certification is preferred.
* Change Management certification is preferred
* 5+ years of progressive project, program, or portfolio management experience
* 3 years of leadership experience including people responsibilities and delivering results through others
* Strong experience with PPM tools required usage in support of Firm Analytics and Firm strategies
* Mentorship and coaching various levels of project leaders
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong ability to influence directly and indirectly across multiple areas or divisions.
* Experience with advanced Portfolio and Program visualization and Strategy
