+ The Targeted Investigator Network Support is responsible for supporting activities related to identification, maintenance and use of targeted investigators and provides technical and administrative support for the Targeted Investigator Network Strategy Implementation Lead.


+ Support build and maintenance of the targeted investigator database by reviewing and collecting relevant internal and external data supporting the evidence based targeted investigators status

+ Responsible for keeping the targeted investigator database up-to-date and ensure all the changes in the statuses are timely reflected

+ Regularly review site level information (SIP, Site Profile, etc...) of targeted investigators and other key sites / site networks for completeness and performs gap analysis

Interact with internal stakeholders for collection of site intelligence


+ School diploma/certificate or equivalent combination of education, training and experience; BS/BA or Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred.

+ 2 years relevant experience in clinical site management

knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and regulations (e.g. ICH/GCP, etc...)

+ Must be fluent in English


+ Understand the quality expectations and emphasis on right first time.

+ Demonstrate compliance with all applicable company, regulatory and country requirements. Attention to detail evident in a disciplined approach to document review, adherence to SOPs, metrics, etc.

+ Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

+ Ability to organize tasks, time and priorities, ability to multi-task

+ Understand basic medical terminology, GCP requirements and proficient in computer operations.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues inside the organization


Required to support multi-national team members, and flexibility in working hours may be needed occasionally.
