*Cox Automotive* is currently looking for a *Talent Management Consultant *to join our team in *Atlanta, GA*.

*Your Role:*

The Talent Management Consultant works with a team of Talent Management and HR professionals to support the Talent Management function on a wide variety of People Solutions projects. The Consultant works closely with the other members of the Talent Management team, People Solutions and internal partners to build and drive a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement and drive empowerment and accountability for achieving results in the areas of Talent and Succession Planning, Performance Management, Culture and Talent Development.

The Talent Management Consultant will report to the Senior Director, Talent Management.

*Job Summary: *

* Supports the development and execution of talent processes, programs and projects including performance management, succession planning, talent review, talent assessment, development planning, coaching, engagement surveys and Empowered People - Culture Journey, etc.

* Serves as project management lead for talent including project planning, milestone attainment, progress tracking, analysis and reporting.

* Provides administration and maintenance of talent systems and tools used by the business.

* In partnership with Analytics team, collects, tracks and analyzes key data on talent. processes, e.g., pipeline utilization, time to fill, internal mobility, demographic analyses, linkage studies, etc.

* Develops and maintains detailed processes for all stakeholders to perform effectively and collaboratively during all performance management cycle phases.

* Conducts research on talent topics to inform team of best practices, case studies, new information to enhance Cox Automotives talent processes and programs.

* Maintains informational resources related to talent programs, ensuring they are updated and disseminated to workforce accordingly.

* Educates and trains HRBPs on Talent Management systems, tools, processes, programs and procedures.

* Maintains and manages vendor relationships, research and identify vendors when necessary.

* Develops and conducts informational and educational webinars and other training activities as needed during rollout and implementation of talent programs, driving change management as necessary.


* BS/BA in a related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

* Three (3) years of related work experience, preferably in talent management, organizational effectiveness/development, performance consulting, or human resources.

* Bachelors Degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Development, HR Training & Development, or like discipline strongly preferred.

* Experience working in a global, matrixed, shared services environment strongly preferred.

* Strong attention to detail, drive for results and organization skills.

* Project and program management skills to orchestrate and administer talent activities, programs and processes on a tight timeline.

* Learning agility, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn.

* Comfortable interacting with leaders at all levels.

* Motivated to work quickly and work hard; creative and innovative mindset.

* High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality; experience breaking down and presenting complex ideas to leaders in a user-friendly way.
