**Role Description**

Reporting to the TA Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for diverse administrative assignments, recruiting candidates across business units within the Organization. Is expected to work closely with Hiring Managers and HR to ensure that the hiring process is consistent with the business goals and metrics.



**Responsibilities:**



+ Support full-life cycle recruitment needs across all business units, ensuring that every stage from the initial staff requisition to final appointment is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.

+ Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including offer development through Workday.

+ Understand Pfizer's Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market.

+ If an external process is carried out, counsel the candidate on corporate benefits and corporate environment.

+ Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets and ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals.

+ Responsible to comply with defined processes, service guidelines and metrics.

+ Increase candidate flow and implement defined strategic sourcing techniques that will attract high quality candidates.

+ Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.

+ Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.

+ Participate in cross functional, global, project teams as necessary to review best practices on the interview process, regulatory compliance, etc.

+ Creation and management of a pipeline of candidates (Talent Mapping), across critical and key roles within recurrent roles.

+ Provide support and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.

+ Manage and keep up to date all employee files both electronic and physical.



**Education and Training:**

Minimum Educational Qualifications:



+ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

+ Fully Bilingual (Local language + English) desired.



Experience:



+ Able to develop consultative skills

+ Experience working in a highly metric driven environment with a strong focus on results is preferred.

+ Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills

+ In depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desired

+ Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks at a time

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Must have experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites.

+ Ability to perform as per the Pfizer core competencies.
