As the US Talent Acquisition Campus Digital Strategist, you will design and implement a digital strategy to generate qualified and diverse leads, provide an exceptional candidate experience, convert leads to applicants for all CoE digital events including virtual recruitment events, diversity events and conferences. This resource will manage our digital events and function as a performance engineer for our end to end candidate pipeline (inclusive of Core Schools, Digital Schools and organic pipeline) for the US Campus team to ensure that we are optimizing our talent pipeline, with an overarching focus on diverse talent. A strong focus on data, metrics, event execution, internal client advocacy, responsiveness, and innovation preferred.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee the end to end talent pipeline across all sources for the US Campus team to ensure we are optimizing against all campus hiring needs from attraction, through selection, to offer.
- Target top diverse talent from Digital Schools to attend events & apply.
- Collaborate with Campus Talent Acquisition Managers (CTAM's) to plan, manage and execute all virtual PepsiCo branded virtual events for all Brazen recruitment events.
- Pre-source for diversity conferences.
- Liaise with the attraction & engagement (A&E) team to create, develop, and leverage digital assets to enhance the candidate experience, as well as enable digital/social media strategy for the team.
- Interface with the IT team to ensure we are optimizing Talent Acquisition technologies.
- Run Talent Acquisition sprints for campus hiring needs outside of the additional campus model.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ yrs of campus recruitment experience
- 3+ years of digital sourcing experience; preferably using Handshake application
- 1-2 years experience working with digital event platforms; preferably using the Brazen platform
- Exposure to digital and social media platforms with the ability to build out nurture strategies
- Possesses a growth mindset
- Leverages agile ways of working
- Data & metrics-driven
- Capable of collaborating across groups and functions
- Must be able to commute to PepsiCo Corporate office in Purchase NY, Chicago IL or Plano TX
