**TA Access Strategy Lead - ONC**

**Position Summary**

Develop strategy for market access and product pricing; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated access plan covers full spectrum of activities needed to achieve revenue-optimal access & pricing; Acts as a critical link between MA and cross-functional teams in market access strategies development and implementation consistent with "One Pfizer" business objectives.

**Position Responsibilities**

+ Own pricing and market access strategy development for designated therapeutic area and drive alignment on access priorities/deliverables across internal clients, cross-functional collaborators and global strategy alignment

+ Proactively monitor external environment, customers and competitors to identify opportunities for protecting and improving access opportunities

+ Develop revenue-maximizing market access strategy and payer value proposition for asset(s), including portfolio, archetype, and lifecycle considerations

+ Outline different China pricing and access scenarios and trade-offs

+ Work with internal stakeholders to develop stakeholder mapping and customer engagement strategy, especially for new launch products

+ Explore the market potential and developing access strategy, work with commercial and other access related teams on market access negotiations

+ Take the leadership to ensure smooth coordination with cross- access functions, internal teams and global access related teams.

+ Advise where to position Pfizer in access policy debates and offer persuasive evidence to influence business-critical access obstacle.

**Education & Experience**

+ Bachelor's degree above, MBA preferred, specialty in clinical practice, medicine, public health, health economics and management preferred;

+ 5+ years of working experience in healthcare related area, including but not limited to marketing/brand management, strategy development, business development, market access related experience preferred

+ Strong knowledge of global and local payer systems and policies

+ Business acumen and strategic thinking, ability of synthesizing and decision making in rapidly changing and ambiguous environment;

+ Fast learner with depth & breadth of knowledge in TA development

+ Good qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

+ Innovation & Creativity, Innovative mindset ready to challenge 'status quo'

+ Ability to communicate effectively with team spirit

+ Solution-oriented and self-motivator

+ Ability to partner and lead without authority in a highly matrix environment

+ Fluent English and Mandarin as working language
