Responsibilities

The customer is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform in the role of Systems Integrator/EXO. In this position, the candidate will support the customer's Front Office and the responsibilities will include a wide range of duties involving initial job planning, scheduling of time, scheduling of materials, coordination of internal and external customers/stakeholders, monitoring of job progress, analysis of changes, and problem solving. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strategic Tasks:
    • PM assistance, i.e. Assist our staff with creating PMRs (where needed) allowing our staff to drive solutions and ensure updated status on technology developments, procurement efforts, etc. Provide the foundation for passage to mission owners once pathway is identified.
    • Awareness/Outreach management/deconfliction Assist the ream in ensuring continuity/consistency of messaging and branding for outreach efforts
      • Modules in Support certification courses, conference, and additional training
      • Cyber for support Website Content
      • Cyber for Support newsletters or content contribution to the Support Bulletin
      • Partnerships/Engagements
    • Website maintenance, content updates, in coordination with Support Comms.
    • Creation, maintenance of databasing of taskings, assessments, action and closure on issues.
  • Tactical Tasks:
    • Tasking Tracker/manager
    • Calendar management, to include leave tracker, meetings, coordination between Cyber and Support team
    • Accesses
    • Equity Checks
    • In coordination with Cyber for Support management, be an interlocutor with Support comms for graphics creation
    • Assist with Cyber for Support management with Support Portfolio Submissions
    • Talking Points and historical background preparation
    • Highlights assembly and organization

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills (analysis, judgment, information seeking)
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, for example: strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information from various resources
  • Domain experience and knowledge of customer's processes, procedures, and systems and associated applications
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of products
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience) in liberal arts studies, communications, other associated discipline, or years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including three years supporting the customer domain
