Qualifications
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience gathering, compiling, evaluating, and interpreting complex information, as well as clearly presenting this information to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build networks and communicate effectively across organizational boundaries
  • Experience working with various external stakeholders
  • Experience creating executive-level graphics
  • Web design and content management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

Responsibilities

Responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

Work Description:

The Systems Integrator (SI) will assist the Customer in managing new and existing programs, segments, or phases; support the Customer in assessing technical and strategic recruitment plans, guiding implementation activities, and defining program phases, sequencing, and required deliverables for the Customers recruitment activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing and implementing communication strategies to keep all teams (business and IT) informed of Office strategic direction.
  • Providing general support to Offices Front Office by helping communicate the Office strategic initiatives and efforts to senior audiences, using graphic visualization, serving as a facilitator during key meetings, developing action plans, taking meeting minutes and helping to prioritize actions from each meeting.
  • Providing general program management and technical support to the Onboarding IT Program Management Office and Office by serving as a facilitator during key meetings, developing actions plans, taking meeting minutes and helping to prioritize actions from each meeting.
  • Monitoring the progress of each action to ensure all deadlines are met with regards to configuration management of the Onboarding IT systems; also drive development of a governance process around tiering of actions to ensure prioritization in Tier 1, 2 and 3 are clear to all parties.

Key deliverables:
  • Create clear communication between teams to ensure all parties have a voice; key information is documented prior to any meetings with senior leadership to prevent surprises that could delay the implementation of planned initiatives. Participation in all key meetings to document actions and maintain an enterprise optic resulting in delivery of applicant processing system.
  • Work with Front Office leaders to capture strategic direction, key initiatives, and goals to fulfill senior Agency expectations of Customer hiring efforts.
  • Create support materials to graphically represent initiatives, due-outs, and progress to share with partners and senior leaders.
  • Provide website development support to communicate goals, progress to partners and hiring officials.
  • Work with IT teams (crossaagency) to meet strategic goals for Onboarding; provide requirements management, system integration support, and define/evolve plans leveraging IT efficiencies.
  • Working with Onboarding IT PM and Innovation Cell, developing a roadmap for the TAO Innovation Cell and integrate into the overall plan.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps and monitoring progress against all Onboarding IT PMO initiatives.
