Responsibilities

The specialized System Integrator will provide support to the customer focused on Knowledge Management. KM encompasses strategies, process and technologies to enable the customer to leverage knowledge needed to achieve mission success. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provides the transfer of knowledge sharing, so that the organization know how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with partners and stakeholders
  • Provides presentations, programmatic support and program branding to transform how the customer manages knowledge in support of the mission
  • Develops communications plans and strategic roadmaps to align with enterprise strategic plans
  • Promotes knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes
  • Strengthens links between knowledge sharing and the information systems and improves integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
  • Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs and with the customers information infrastructure
  • Utilizes customer internal and external tools to convey customers strategic message among internal teams and external partners
  • Coordinates efforts in support of KM and strategic planning within the customer organizations and with other stakeholders as relevant to ensure synchronization across the community

Qualifications

  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

    Requires experience in Knowledge Management

  • TS/SCI w/Poly
  • BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in Knowledge Management
  • Experience with the customer's suite of collaboration tools, websites, and enterprise resources that may be available to support activities
  • Experience building a knowledge library
  • Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers in other teams including communications, web development, and training to ensure alignment and cohesion.
